When does a referral count as successful?
When the business you introduced signs an agreement for a new project, the client has paid the share of the agreed project fee set in the program terms and the 14-day refund period has passed, and the referral is approved. Clicks, sign-ups and contact forms alone don’t count yet.
Can I refer my own business, or someone who’s already a client?
Yes. You can refer your own business or an existing client. The same rules apply: it only counts once a new project is agreed and paid as the terms describe.
How much will I earn?
Your reward terms appear in your private dashboard after you sign up. A referral keeps the terms that were in effect on the day it was submitted, and an approved reward is never reduced by later rule changes.
What if they come back weeks later?
Your link is remembered for 90 days after they first open it. They can also type your code into the contact form at any time. If two people refer the same business, the first valid referral counts.
Will the business know I referred them?
They’ll see that a referral code was used. They never see your reward or earnings.
Will I see what the client pays?
No. Project pricing stays between us and the client. You see the status of each referral and your own reward.
When do I get paid?
Approved rewards add up in your available balance. Once it reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard, you can request a payout. Approval and payment are separate steps: a reward is only marked paid once the money has actually been sent.
