Referrers
- Account data: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (never stored in readable form), and any profile or payout details you add.
- Referral records: the referrals credited to you, their status, and your rewards and payouts.
- Security data: active sign-in sessions and an anonymised fingerprint of IP addresses used to limit repeated attempts. We don’t store raw IP addresses.
People who open a referral link
When you open a referral link, we record the visit with the referrer’s code, the time, and an anonymised IP fingerprint (used only to filter repeated or automated visits). We place one functional cookie that holds a signed reference to that visit for 90 days, so the referral can be credited if you get in touch. It isn’t used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
Businesses that get in touch
Messages sent through the contact form, including the name, email, phone and business details you provide, are used to reply to you and to manage the project. Referrers see only a shortened version of your business name and the status of the referral; they never see your contact details, project pricing or payments.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
- We don’t show one referrer’s data to another referrer.
- We don’t show reward amounts on public pages.
Where data is stored
The program runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
