These terms apply to the Referral Signal referral program (the “program”) operated by [To be supplied: operator’s legal name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Joining
- You must be at least 18 years old and confirm your email address.
- One account per person. Accounts can’t be transferred.
- Partner status is granted only after we review an application, and partner terms are agreed per account.
2. Making a referral
- Share your personal link or your referral code with a business that may need websites, online stores, booking systems and custom web software.
- A referral is credited to you when the business contacts us within 90 days of first opening your link, or enters your code on the contact form.
- Each business is credited to one referrer. If more than one referral claims the same business, the first valid referral counts, and we may review the details before deciding.
- You may refer your own business. Existing clients count only for new projects.
3. When a referral is successful
- The business signs an agreement with us for a new project.
- The client has paid the share of the agreed project fee set in the program terms, and the 14-day refund period has passed.
- We review and approve the referral.
Only the first agreed project with each referred business earns a reward. Clicks, sign-ups, contact forms, calls or quotes on their own don’t earn a reward.
4. Rewards and payouts
- Your reward terms are shown in your private dashboard. A referral keeps the terms in effect on the day it was submitted.
- Every reward is reviewed before approval. Approved rewards are never reduced by later changes to the reward rules.
- Approved rewards add up in your available balance. You can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. A reward is paid only when the payment has actually been sent to the payout details you provide.
- You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.
5. Fair use
Don’t use spam, misleading claims, paid ads on our brand name, or automated traffic to promote your link. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. Pending rewards of a suspended account are held while we review them case by case.
6. Privacy
Referrers don’t see project prices, client payments or client contact details. Clients don’t see referrers’ rewards. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
7. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms or end the program. Changes apply to referrals submitted after the change. Rewards already approved are honoured.
